The room was spacious with an amazing view of the lake and volcanoes. Super comfy beds and a nice balcony to chill on. The shower was good too. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Just the furniture felt a bit dated, but it didn't bother us much.

missingWrote a review on Aug 05stunning lakeviewconvenient locationdated decor
The stunning views of the lake from the rooms create an unforgettable backdrop for any stay, making it a seamless blend of relaxation and scenery. The hotel's proximity to local attractions allows for easy access to explore the vibrant markets and culture of the area.
The decor feels quite dated and lacks personality, leaning too heavily on a style that feels more American than local, which may not resonate with everyone. Additionally, the multitude of rules presented upon arrival, particularly in Spanish only, raises questions about the hospitality experience offered to all guests.

This place was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Panajachel and great for the money. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering plenty of local flavors. If you want a lake view room, be sure to ask about the availability first.

The culinary journey here is a real treat! The breakfast buffet, loaded with local flavors, got my taste buds dancing. I also can't forget the views—just stunning! Beyond that, the pool area is fantastic, perfect for chilling after a full day of local adventures.
While the decor has its charm, some furniture feels a bit dated, giving off that old-school vibe.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The view was beautiful, and the room very clean. I really appreciated the way they helped me with the food. Almost felt like they cared about my experience, ya know? Oh and the pool, it was wonderful to just unwind there after a long day.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, I mean you get what you pay for, right?
